Pros

Benefits and pay are good, but, they have to or no one would ever join or stay.

Cons

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever seen. Does not know how to treat people with common human decency.

Pros

Nice perks like lunch and dinner, snacks, drinks. Gym on site, as well as massage chairs, coffee machines, badminton tables, and nice walkable paths around business park.

Cons

Pay is low, employees are not rewarded for performance. Whether you over-perform or under-perform, the compensation is about even between peers. Benefits are not 100% paid, employees must contribute to premiums. Culture in lab is bitter and petty. Management is somewhat out of touch with front line employees. Morale is low among workers. Accountability for employees is almost non-existent with no disciplinary action taken nearly 80% of the time. Time off accrual is very weak compared to other employers.

Pros

Benefits, pay, bonus guarantee, bonus paid monthly

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from upper management, upper management not in touch with what’s going on in the field, ever changing goal metrics for account managers
