Great pay and benefits, great equipment, management cares about employee well being

Cons

What we are told in training isn't how it's done in the field. I questioned an IOE captain about it (taking off with ice or frost) and he told me that if the chief pilot or FAA is on board don't do it, but otherwise do it if you are comfortable.

Cool job if you can deal with bad management

Good pay. Clincal education top notch. Amazing medical control.

Cons

Awful micromanagement and bad attitude from higher up personal. HR was very disrespectful and no help when issues with pay and or transfers were brought up.
