Pros

Good schedule, good company, well paid overtime available if wanted.

Cons

Too much corporate drama at a few bases, if you let other people rant about the company they will. not at all of them tho

Pros

The clinicians and pilots were some of the best people to work with. They cared about each other and took pride in their work. It was a fun place to work and the Alaskan scenery is some of the best in the US. Clinical management was working hard at building up the knowledge and skills of clinicians and it seemed to be moving in a positive direction. The work life balance of a 10/20 schedule was unbeatable.

Cons

This is only specific to the AK program. Upper management is full of people who were promoted despite being unqualified for the role. It turned into a cliquey group of people who would tell you one thing to your face and then make completely opposite decisions or talk about former employees negatively to current staff. The program is financially and in response to this, they have given superficial statements "taking responsibility" for poor operational decisions while continuing to make decisions that have trashed the culture and only further frustrated employees. They preach transparency but are incredibly deceitful. Several decisions that have been made recently while reorganizing the program to "save it" seemed to have either malicious intentions or were just made to prove that they are "in control". They don't care about loosing good staff as long as they remain the ones in control.
