Pros

-Great pay for starting mechanics. -Plenty of experience to be gained from the first one to two years.

Cons

-24-7 on-call with little to no pay differential. -Overtime is tightly restricted and also (somehow) mandatory. -Completion of training is taken very seriously but the content of the training is largely ignored. -Management constantly takes problems with simple solutions and overcomplicates the solutions to make them untenable. -The company does not uphold rules regarding rest periods for maintenance employees.
