Pros

Flexibility with work from home and fair pay.

Cons

I have worked with the company for over a decade and thought I would retire. However, the company has really take a turn and really takes advantage of their employees. For example, after the teams have over delivered, leadership still says the team did not deliver enough. Leadership has shifted from a inclusive and transparent environment to toxic and finger pointing culture. I severely disappointed in the direction of the current environment.

Pros

The company is overall a family-friendly company. The expectations are reasonable and I have access to management to offer feedback about how systems and procedures are working.

Cons

Several years ago, there was a big reduction in home office staff. This caused disruption to the ability to get in touch with people for help on time-sensitive needs. The salary leaves something to be desired. The company is working to make improvements to internal operations, but there always seems to be something that needs "enhancement".
