Pros

If you want to begin a career, they seem to be changing to want to invest in current employees. Pretty great benefits.

Cons

Its a lot of work and unless you are a social person it can be difficult to learn.

Pros

Starting I was excited about the relaxed atmosphere and the ability to focus on my work rather than being a call center on top of work. Management is great, open door policy, fun people Great schedule when time/work load permits

Cons

As a claim manager they set the bar high for expectations of what needs to be done. we have an eight hour work day that we must try to complete a weeks worth of work.
