Pros

It was a very nice/ friendly company to work for, they had good benefits and were flexible with time off.

Cons

it was a very quiet environment which is a great thing . people were in and out of work which lead to no work "drama"

If you really enjoy using outdated, proprietary software developed & deployed in 1995, then this is the job for you!

Terribly wasteful, time-consuming work-flow; horrible support (or lack thereof) from management and other departments; lack of initiative or inspiration to move the company forward (all employees, from bottom to top); outsourcing; low wages
