Pros

Pay & benefits package, flexible work arrangements (multiple locations and remote options), D&I programs growing, customer-centric

Cons

Other than the great pay, it's hard to tell if you are valued by leadership. Hierarchy mentality in many areas. The work doesn't always match the role you are in, which isn't always a negative but when forced to fill roles that you are completely new to, you get overly scrutinized if you aren't excelling quick enough. Morale is low in many areas.
