Pros

The people here are great!! My team is very close knit and we lean on each other a lot during the course of our respective projects.

Cons

Little to no training after you get up to a certain position. It feels like the literal embodiment of sink or swim. Most sink.

Pros

* Salary on time * Pick and drop

Cons

* No work life balance * Micro-management by managers * Non - supportive HR not willing to listen to employees * All HR policies, which are drafted by people with no HR knowledge, are only Company centric and some are against the prevailing labor laws in various states. * No flexible work hours with company mandating 9 hr work from office and then expecting people to login form home for late night calls.
