The work is rewarding and environment is positive and focused on team work. Owners and managers are appreciative and find ways to help you succeed.

Cons

Work can be stressful at times. There’s not a lot of time off, but that comes with the industry.

Pros

You know what to expect. My monthly number was given and I knew what I was contributing to the team. Working at a small office was great because I could see what i was doing mattered.

Cons

Being held accountable but overall that is probably a good thing and obviously is a must for companies i would imagine!

Pros

Fast paced sales environment with uncapped commissions and good base pay. Solid benefits package. There are fewer than 25 employees so everybody has a direct impact on the business and your ideas are often implemented by management; changes are made quickly, as the company is small and thus nimble. The team is very close and everybody is super friendly and willing to help. Free coffee and the company often buys lunch for the team.

Cons

No direct deposit, paid via paper check. The initial training is weak, but as of the time of my departure, management was completely overhauling the new hire training. The owner is an inexperienced leader, but plays virtually no role in managing the people (the sales director and ops director handle people management, so interacting with the owner is very rare).
