Pros

No pros. They are absolutely horrible people from management to the people that work there.

Cons

Allow gay employees to sexually harass straight employees. Refuse to honor American with disability requests and will fire you for requesting accommodations. They sexually discriminate against single fathers and hold them to different standards than they do single mothers. Benefits are horrible and if you use them for a surgery they will punish you when you return. They require Dr. notes but when you turn them in they will tell you they don’t excuse an absence even though you have sick time or pto.

Pros

Besides the basics (PTO, vacation, and benefits), there's free food provided for the employees from time to time and techs do help each other when things get crazy.

Cons

1) Management takes the side of the pharmacists, enabling their egos and if you have an issue with one of them, you will not be listened to but instead berated and reminded that your opinion doesn't matter because the pharmacist has 8 years of schooling and a PhD... 2) The workload is inhumane, especially near a holiday. There's about 7 stations and the pharmacy as a whole fills 10,000 patients a day which shouldn't be too bad with everyone helping each other and working at a decent pace but the issue comes when the pharmacy is short staffed...now everyone is doing everything at other stations causing stress. I witnessed a coworker faint and some newly hired techs quit on their first day. But none of the techs health matters as long as the patients get their medicine, right? 3) If you work here for a few months, you'll probably be proposed a new position which will sound great initially but will usually be something that you will regret agreeing to do as the unpleasant parts were purposely hidden from you since they desperately needed someone to fill the role. 4) Low pay for what is asked of you each day.
