You'll meet some nice coworkers

Cons

Nice people, but they ultimately only care about the business - not the individual. Don't expect to have much job security or advancement potential. Also, management doesn't receive training and the roles/responsibilities are constantly changing.

This pharmacy has an exceptional leadership team that allows for every employee in each department to have a voice. They encourage growth and cross-training, which results in a strong team bond across all departments. The culture is positive, energetic and honest. Engagement activities allow coworkers to connect and build relationships with one another which provides a strong and fun work environment. The growth of this pharmacy has shown the result of treating their customers and employees with respect and care. I am excited for the future of this pharmacy and feel fortunate to be apart of that future.

Cons

No cons with this pharmacy. As a long time employee- it is disappointing to see any review that is so far from the truth and not authentic. As the supervisor of Data Entry, the current team has been together for 2+ years, and has not had any long term team member leave.
