We make a difference in the lives of elderly residents in nursing homes and assisted living. It feels good to make my living doing something so meaningful.

Very nice people at the pharmacy level....for the most part. Exciting industry

Cons

It's a startup so you deal with just as much, if not more, politics than you do at a large company, especially since the higher ups in Atlanta don't care about anyone but themselves. The pay is not competitive and the benefits are awful.

Pros

Schedule is petty flexible. Staff is generally nice to work with. There is always something to work on to keep you busy.

Cons

Lack of communication. Management never tells you what is going on so you can prepare for the new workload. Not enough techs to keep up with workload. If you bring up a concern, usually it'll get blown off or it'll take weeks for any kind of action to take place.

We are a successful business that is growing quickly because of our talented staff. A stable fast-paced work environment for ambitious employees. We are constantly working to improve process as we continue the growth, and we welcome all feedback. All concerns are heard, however there is never a knee jerk reaction; we take time to research the issue first. If action is required, we develop a plan to ensure we are able to come up with a permanent fix instead of a temporary bandage.
