Pros

They have office get togethers (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween parties). They are pretty good at recognizing their employees birthdays and celebrating them as well.

Cons

Pay is not that great. Hours for me were not suitable for a person that wants to have a life outside work. Raises are disrespectful towards the employee that works hard all year long and is depending on a good raise. Too many times we had to send partial orders of meds to our facilities cause we didn't have the stock.

Cons

- terrible structure and implementation of hierarchy - very low wages - never had a performance review although they are mentioned in the handbook

Pros

Great pay, phenomenal growth in long term health care industry. Executive staff have excellent communication with staff. Lots of perks for executive staff.

Cons

Work/life balance way off kilter. No concern for under staff. Benefits are horrible, bonuses for under staff none existent.
