      The pay is competitive, and PTO is plentiful. Most of the people are fun to work with.

      They pay well after a few years

      Cons

      Typically don't get 40 hrs per week. Don't paid for the first 30 min of driving a company truck to first job or home from last job. Forced to take an unpaid lunch. Overall must be on the clock 91/2 hrs per day to get paid for 8hrs.

      Job is relative easy but they keep making changes in the company to make our lives harder.

      Cons

      very little appreciation from supervisors. Supervisors dont believe in positive reinforcement. emails from supervisors are so negative and make you feel like garbage.
