      Pros

      Great place to work, pay is decent, benefits are solid. They let you work on your own to achieve your goals.

      Cons

      Management is awful. They only look out for themselves and it shows. The people who have been there the longest that manage are the biggest kool-aid drinkers. They don’t like anyone with an opinion or anyone that comes to them with new ideas to expand business. Unfortunately they have the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” attitude and it has cost them some good employees as well as some of their biggest and most profitable clients in the last few years. Upper management is extremely arrogant and usually condescending to sales staff.
