      Pros

      Nice benefit package for self, self and child or family options. PTO is a nice package, but not worth it if you can't get approval for the dates you want or need off because others are off. Company downsizing and not replacing termed employees. Duties assigned to remaining staff with no compensation for increase of duties/stressload.

      I was with a good group, workload was manageable, people were positive.

      Some last minute things, but nothing out of the ordinary. Kind of small and tough to grow there though.
