Pros

Coworkers are legit and cool and the special events/holidays/lunches are pretty nice. The A/C works in the building, which is essential in the AZ Oven-like heat waves.

Cons

There is a lack of follow through on promises made, incentives and changes to policies and procedures. This company is the epitome of left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Training and Trainers are inadequate and they are frequently out of touch with changes to the polices, having never taken or assisted on a single call coming in. QA is extremely subjective with little room to appeal decisions which impact your scores. These scores hold a lot of weight when determining your bidding order for shifts. Also, shifts are bid quarterly, which makes it difficult to plan anything long term.

Pros

Working for a private company has it's benefits....they aren't spread too thin and the benefits are satisfactory. Unlimited commissions caps if you work hard. Great team environment and a small headcount.

Cons

Working for a private company has it's cons....Guardian is in the stone age when it comes to technology and culture. They treat employees like children and clock every second of your day.

Pros

If one snow cone day and holiday party per year count, then that's the pros. Cafeteria is a plus as well. Free airplane coffee. Okay benefits.

Cons

Company culture is miserable. All white male executive staff has their own separate wing. No growth opportunities available, especially for women. No empowerment, crappy pay, small raises every year but no bonus, at least in the department I worked in. Most collectively negative and miserable employees I have ever been around. Worst professional 2 years of my life, I couldn't wait to leave.
