Pros

The pay is okay, as well as the benefits. The people are also good.

Cons

Leadership is in way over it's head and the executives do not have a clue. The blind lead the blind, minus the few that do know, but it seems they do not have much influence.

Pros

Good worklife balance. Take home truck on day 1 and good co-workers.

Cons

Really no advancement opportunity and depending on which department you work for management is terrible.

Nice benefit package

Pros

Nice benefit package for self, self and child or family options. PTO is a nice package, but not worth it if you can't get approval for the dates you want or need off because others are off. Company downsizing and not replacing termed employees. Duties assigned to remaining staff with no compensation for increase of duties/stressload.

Cons

Lack of management enforcing rules
