      Pros

      Fun environment, company cares about its employees. Growing company that is expanding quickly.

      Cons

      Pay could definitely be better. The inside sales dept has the most amount of responsibilities in the entire company. Sales is responsible for transferring the majority of phone calls to the right dept as well. Seems like the job responsibilities keep increasing and the pay has been decreasing slowly.
