Pros

Pay was good and work was easy. Jobs were set up for you and only some scheduling problems.

Cons

No advancement opportunity for remote techs unless you are able to relocate. Lots of driving and hard to get 40 hours

Pros

Full medical benefits from day one, on-site workout facility, fair amount of PTO that accumulates each year of tenure, option to buy into 401k plan, paid holidays off , corporate events (company picnic/raffle at Christmas) to improve morale, philanthropic contributions to different charities throughout the year.

Cons

Very cliquey environment, low pay with little room for advancement (2-3% raise for payment improvement annually contingent upon performance) There are great opportunities for executive level positions; however, no room for mid career level positions.
