Co-Workers in my department are awesome and truly make a difference when working. Good pay compared to other call centers. Great benefits A good amount of exposure to different technology Troubleshooters paradise

Cons

Repetitive and stressful interactions with customers. Mental health will be taxed. Very little upward mobility.
