Pros

Coworkers, for the most part are nice. They have great benefits that start on your 1st day.

Cons

No tech support, always referred to manufactures tech supt. Local office doesn't have a clue on time it takes for installs/service calls. There's a girl that runs the technicians and has a lot of personal problems that gets brought into the work environment. She's emotional and has a lot of inabilities. Really, just an overpaid babysitter/paper pusher.

Pros

Employees are nice, some supervisors too

Cons

Terrible management, the expectation are not doable, very stressful environment, micromanaging, dealing with angry customers all the time, they keep adding more and more work with same pay, no room for improvement. I would not recommend this company for any customers, terrible quality on products, they hold you to contracts and wold not recommend for anyone to work here.

Okay benefits but toxic environment and low pay

Pros

Comprehensive benefits Generous amount of PTO

Cons

Income does not match current cost of living. Work could be completely remote, but isn’t. If you perform well, more will be asked of you with no compensatory incentive. Poor transitions during company acquisitions. Toxic hierarchal work environment.

Pros

Good work environment. Good helpful colleagues. People that work here are for the most part professional and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The manager of software development is very supportive of her developers.

Cons

Developers really aren't dedicated to developing or maintaining software but also serve/overlap duties of business analysts. Developers also serve essentially as level 2 support. Tools for performing the job are not necessarily cutting edge. Lack of good quality assurance testing.

Pros

Pay, PTO, Benefits. Pay is good although there is absolutely no room for growth and benefits are very competitive

Cons

Upper management is absolutely clueless and refuses to acknowledge anything other than ways to charge the customer more for less. For a communications company, there is ZERO communication within the company. Technicians are constantly expected to do other departments work and it is 100% a “do as I say, not as I do” work environment.

Pros

You can have a flexible schedule and they work hard to make the work environment fun and interactive, the company is willing to work with you to have a better experience while on the job.

Cons

Keeping the room staffed is a consistent issue. Between meetings, trainings, and breaks there is a lot of stress put on the specialists in the room to keep up with the pace of alarms.
