- Lots of career and continuing education support from supervisors and managers, at least in my location/region. - Actually fun sometimes, especially seeing growth in who we serve. - A decent amount of flexibility with regard to how we practice, while still maintaining accountability.

Cons

- Depending on case load, weeks can get long. - Sometimes the level of administrative work is annoying, but manageable.
