This place employs truly amazing people, both experts in their fields and fun to work with. The management is very transparent and leads by example. The technology is super impressive and still blows me away sometimes. The politics on my end are virtually non-existent, the way is paved by what needs to be done and not by overblown egos (like some other places) Supervisors are very open to new ideas or criticisms, and not in the polite way - things actually change once they are brought up. Life/Work balance is very good and working on late hours is reserved only for super critical customer-related issues.
