$12.80 an hour, you can’t pay bills on that. They make you ask to use the restroom and they have control on when you can go offline for the end of your shift/ and to use the bathroom. Feels like your in elementary school (and yet they trust you to help sell a car..?) The monthly bonus seems statistically impossible to meet almost on purpose. I had to work an additional 8 hours of working overtime to get the stats. (And have been chatting for three years so am pretty good.). They don’t give raises. It’s pretty depressing knowing you won’t be going anywhere and bare minimum with incentives.

The technical lead was a domineering bully with heavy-handed and biased opinions. He needed management training and sensitivity training. The code was outdated and dysfunctional. It was a place to unlearn good habits as a coder. The emphasis on shipping new features was reasonable, but code quality and maintainability suffered as a result. Management was disorganized. They couldn't keep track of my address, didn't answer my questions when I emailed, and repeatedly spelled my name wrong. There was very little put in place to create a good company culture, a smooth workflow, and happy employees.
