The company is very professional and has great products. My department is full of talented people which provides me with the opportunity to learn and grow. Overall a great place to work!

Pros

So many pros. There is tons of support available from "How To" documents to coworkers to management. Paid vacation after 1 year & benefits (medical, dental, health) after 90 days. When the CEO is in the office, he will buy lunches for everyone in the building out of appreciation and generosity.

Cons

Only cons are the negative comments on here. Communication is key in this company as is following the rules and policies in place. If you have a negative outlook to the company, you are more than likely a rule breaker and not compliant with the policies and procedures.
