Pay is good, better if you are male. Benefits are good for construction, but not for the market as a whole.

Cons

Literally everything else. Sexist environment. Old boys club on steroids. Financially unstable.

Get to work on a quality product that ships all around the country and changes weekly. Pay is competitive for the area. Benefits package was good.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. Company not marketed well enough in the industry to stop the occasional merger buyout or shut down.
