- Boss is a great lady - Even economic downturn, Boss still try her best to keep all the headcounts, lead the whole brand to another level - Good name under LVMH - Most of the people are nice and friendly - Good products
Cons
- always force back office staff go to front line as a BA (regularly, specifically in Q4), so call is “ support BA” but the truth is cannot recruit new BA. - Company cannot respect the “professional”, told all the office staff should be a BA due to we are in RETAIL industry. But I believe, if all the staff can take his/her own responsibility, it helps the business. Not “be” the BA = helping. - always over manpower in stores - brainwashing lessons, try to educate staff “company is your home and we are family” - as a junior staff, you cannot learn anything and no career path at all, because all the managers are working so long in the brand and they won’t leave. - old fashion management style at all - super manual of all the work tasks. - bad IT system
