Pros

As my first time on the floor in retail, I really enjoy the experience. Working as a team, especially under pressure have made a huge difference. Management has shown to be patient and willing to teach and also they understand and worry about each and every employee.

Cons

I expected to get some more formal training. It seems that the fast paced environment haven't allowed to do so.
