Pros
The company is a bit smaller than other major retailers so attention is paid to every employee no matter how big or small. Awards are given for good work and fun is encouraged here. They don't take advantage of employees. They make sure that everyone gets paid for their time and they hold a high standard in treating all employees with respect. Also, you don't have to sell credit cards!
Cons
Not the highest pay. Pros are way more than cons. It's also retail, so if you don't like being told to help out customers or folding clothes when it's slow, then retail may not be the job for you.
