Pros

The beautiful river which was dampened by the managers constant toxic spewing.

Cons

The management was theee worst Ive ever ever seen or even heard of!!! Mike P is a disgrace to the company and to the title manager at all!!! Maybe someday he will drink so much that he floats away!

I love the independence and solidarity of my station. No micromanagement.

Cons

Health insurance isn't the greatest. Boss does a lot of trash talking of employees. Very two faced and manic.
