Pros

A priority is placed on promoting internal candidates for available positions. The company is growing so opportunities to advance are "real." Based on my experience, self starters and those who value a stable company will thrive in this work environment.

Cons

New technologies, systems and processes are being implemented to ensure the business runs efficiently and reporting is streamlined. These types of changes are a process for all involved but work out great in the end.
