Great opportunities and benefits. Lots of room for personal growth. Wonderful for people that enjoy working with the public.

Cons

Lower level managers treat employees poorly with no repercussions. Not much appreciation for hard work and problem solving.

This company has many locations.

Cons

The cons of this company is the environment. And honestly, this review is more about the employees rather than the company itself. The company boasts about "doing the right thing," externally to the public and internally to its' employees. However, in my experience, the company needs to do a better job at hiring people who reflect these values and instills these values in their professional lives.
