Pros

Everything. Friendly staff, amazing company culture, executive know you by name and are warm and friendly to everyone from management to line workers, CEO is so nice (met him personally), the company really cares for their team.

Cons

Growth and opportunity, low wages hard to make a living. Also, sometimes management was very cliquey and would not take input from the “little” guys.

Good benefits health care options if you can afford it . They don’t pay good enough for you to afford health care . Most unfortunate.

Cons

Will hire anyone low pay for Washington DC residents very expensive to live here .
