Pros

Culture of family is what I love about GSI the most. You always feel like you are heard and that someone cares. The top management really looks after their employees and it makes a difference.

Cons

We are a little behind the competition in marketing and design.

Pros

I have been with Guest Services a long time. It is my family. I have grown up here. It is the people that make our company. They are very flexible and care about their employees which is hard to find these days.

Cons

It is hard to come up with a con about the company. Because we are such an established company, sometimes it is a little difficult to implement changes to compete with growing technology in this ever changing environment.
