There is much internal opportunity. Unique place to work. Very worker friendly environment.

Cons

Not as big as many of our competitors BUT that sometime is to our advantage as we are more flexible.

Great people to work with at all levels of the company. Awesome work life balance and flexibilities offered. Family like atmosphere with lots of long timers (25+ years of service).

Cons

Excellent benefits offered at the cost of immediate compensation - contributing to difficulty in retaining younger talent.
