This particular location provided housing and dining for employees.

Cons

Remote location made it difficult to leave the area during breaks or even days off.

Pros

This posiiion is absulutly flexible, even with very little staff. General Manager is phenomenal as well as my co-workers. Atmospehre is great and definitely stress free.

Cons

The dowsides of this job arent many really, the only thing i owuld mention is that there maybe long hour shift from time to time.

Lack of internal politics Diverse nature of business Generous benefits Interesting work Excellent employee recognition

Cons

None that I can think of, except that leadership sometimes seems a bit disengagef from the day-to-day running of the business, but I think that's natural. I feel fortunate to work here.
