Cons

Present Senior Leadership making critically bad decisions one after another - Lack of Operational Experience; Lost previous culture which made the organization a great place to work; Talk a great game - Failure to execute; Will drive the company into the ground.

Pros

Great to have Sysco on your resume. Employee stock options are great.

Cons

You are expected to work long hours with corporate putting pressure on the subsidiary. Working with other departments are not the easiest and it is difficult to get process improvements in place.
