Pros

Own hours, daily report numbers on company app, 25% commission on ad sales that are paid cash.

Cons

Contracted to work in church offices every 3 weeks you move churches. Cold calling 45-50 calls a day. . Don't get paid on invoiced sales until it's been paid, sometimes takes months.

Pros

I love not being micromanaged and I have made great money cause I DO THE WORK!! What a concept!! If you are a hard worker you will make huge $$$$$$$$. You earn what you make it. Lazy people don't like it here.

Cons

The travel is sometimes alot, but that is just part of it. I have never once been denied any time off for medical, dental, vacation or even just personal time if I asked in 2 & 1/2 years time with the company.

Pros

Compensation can be very good if you are willing to put in the effort. Compensation, work schedule, company benefits, etc. were just as discussed in interview. Continuing to update equipment and sales support. Management willing to work with you for time off needed. Bonus incentives very good.

Cons

Travel allowances could be increased a little.
