Pretty much every thing on this subject has already been said. It would appear that management would like to hire people looking to supplement their Social Security check. The stories about "how much you can make if you apply yourself and get organized" are the same fictions told to sales reps since time began. It would seem only fair to give prospective employees and application for food stamps during the course of the initial interview. Know in advance that when you quit (as you certainly will when something else come along) that you walk out with whatever you have in your pocket at that moment. Time your exit carefully if you hope to have health coverage for a few more weeks.

This company has no self-awareness. They are not in touch with who they truly are in 2024 and where they fit (or don't) into the big picture. While they make tepid attempts to be "with it" and current, they are far from it. Their lame tries at competing in the 'digital' age fall short and make the product nearly impossible to sell. Plus, they've grossly overpriced the product! It's embarrassing to try and sell this stuff with a straight face. Worst of all, they don't listen to the sales team who are out in the field and have made wise recommendations on how to improve things. They focus on dumb team building baloney rather than fixing what's wrong in their policies. Finally, the pay structure for the sales team is unfair, at best. There is little or no residual income possibility and your new accounts immediately become house accounts. Look for another job - any other job.
