Pros

Office location was very close to home. Most insurance companies in metro Atlanta locate in north Fulton and Cobb counties. GuideOne was located in Stone Mountain away from heavy traffic.

Cons

Staff, including management, was not very professional. Management did not understand comprehensive claims handling and therefore did not distribute cases in fair manner.
