Thank you for taking the time to write a GuideOne review on Glassdoor. We appreciate and value feedback, as it is important for us to hear what we are doing well and what we need to improve upon. As a current employee, you may recall what we learned from our recent employee survey; that improving communications both in top-down and two-way communications is important to our employees. We are actively working on strengthening the flow of communication, not just from managers, but from employees to leadership.
