Pros

The opportunity to network with people outside of the company in the same profession.

Cons

Micro Management ZERO TRAINING you might get shown how to do something once by somebody who doesn’t even want to train new hires then when you produce something @ their request they only point out your mistake but REFUSE to show you the right way Harsh criticism via email due to things previous employees neglected to do Supervisors use the CEO, SLT and Board of Directors as an excuse to impose unrealistic deadlines on employees performing task that aren’t even in their role description and with very little insight or clear direction Supervisor complains about how busy they are to justify employees being ignored when you ask for help or feedback for improvement

Pros

Good PTO and pay is okay

Cons

Men are paid more than women in same roles. Limited training. Jumping through hoops to get 1 answer. Unfair work distribution and burden shifting to some employees in the same role. QA tears down worker morale, no recognition for good work just prioritize minor trivial things that don't affect compliance or overall quality of files.
