Pay could be better. Still a growing company, growth opportunities are not as available as it seems.

Management lies, broken promises, over worked, and can be very stressful at times.

Offers flex-time but made to feel guilty for taking it. Serious nepotism and promoting of friends, family members and employees referred by higher up employees while others go unrecognized. Hiring individuals to work under immediate family members but trying to keep it secret. Sales people are treated like they are better than everyone else and treat their team like their personal secretaries. Terrible management and zero opportunity for advancement. Told you are doing a great job and then they turn around and find reasons why not to promote you or give you a bonus. Numerous inappropriate actions and words by fellow co-workers and management. Researched salaries for my position, which I was severely underpaid for and was told by HR it was market salary, however it was much lower than most other companies. Leaving was the best decision I ever made! Now I am getting paid almost double and no longer dealing with being micro-managed for no reason. Wasted way too many years at this underpaid thankless job.

The management style is centralised by the headqutar, revenue is the key

Focus is just on selling product and management could care less about engineering. Favoritism has allowed several people to get promoted which has caused a lot of skilled engineers that helped to build the company to leave. Engineers are overworked and underpaid. All mgmt cares about are sales numbers anyways.

Doesn't follow core values and direct management harassed employees without any consequences. Over assignment of projects and no work life balance.
