Upper management is a cool kids club problem.
Kinda college/fratty vibe which has become an issue since growing.
Regularly posts fake reviews here (lots of 4-5 star reviews directly after a negative one with generally the same content)
Transparency is lacking and numbers can be vague or exaggerated.
Places more value on head count than contributions - guilt tripping constantly.
Lots of "friends" of upper management are given new positions they know nothing about AND given full control over it. Speaking up makes you a problem to management.
Management removes multiple people the day before announcing more funding and company success - likely part of the terms of raising the capital.
Brings up excuses to let go or fire people, even without warnings after giving former positive reviews and even raises.
Will also disrespectfully announce one sided excuses for letting someone go to the whole company.
