Slightly complicated sometimes and you have to be very Adaptive to work in that environment.

Team of 10 comprised of 5 middle managers and 5 engineers; first time ever i've been apart of a team was stacked like that. 2 of the engineers were were an absolute nightmare to work with. The rest of the staff were great people. This was the first time I worked in consulting and all the memes about consulting are especially true here.
