Unfair treatment, politics, discrimination, and blatant favoritism made the work atmosphere toxic!! There's no job security and turnover rate is high! Don't trust management, because if the managers don't like you, it's likely the end for you!

Very large company, seems often like there's little regard for the individual. Also pay is less than comparable wages at firms like Deloitte, who earn a higher salary. Many from leadership has touted Guidehouse over firms like Deloitte because of things like our work/life balance is "more manageable", or that our company culture is less toxic. This is not true - we work just as many long hours, under stressful circumstances, but get paid significantly less than our near peers.
