      Your patience will increase if you work here. You will learn to tolerate or avoid toxic behavior daily.

      Cons

      The people who have tons of power here have the worst attitude. They have no skills or abilities and try to behave like control freaks. They want you to obey whatever they say and never use your own head. It was ridiculously stressful to work for such aggressive people.
