Below-average pay, shady management practices, churn-and-burn hiring strategies, limited opportunities for advancement, no investment in training and development. I was there for 2.5 years and that was a long tenure by GH standards.

Work is work. There's a reason it's not called super happy fun time. They don't hide that their goal is to pay 80% of industry average, but working conditions are likely better and more flexible than industry average. Benefits are good too. PTO is good.
